Faith & Community Leadership
The women's ministry of Redeeming Love Outreach Ministries — led by Rose Sherrod under the leadership of Pastor Emma White.
The Calling
Rose Sherrod serves as Head of Daughters of Promise, the women's ministry at Redeeming Love Outreach Ministries, under the leadership of Pastor Emma White. She sets the ministry vision and leads retreats, conferences, empowerment workshops, fellowship gatherings, and Bible-based experiences that help women grow spiritually, emotionally, and relationally. An ordained minister with more than 20 years of sharing the gospel, Rose creates spaces where women can heal, connect, embrace their purpose, and lead with faith.
Ministry Leadership in Practice
As ministry lead, Rose turns spiritual vision into organized, community-centered experiences by developing annual plans, themes, agendas, budgets, speaker lineups, volunteer roles, communications, and partnerships. Her leadership has included Daughters of Promise retreats, Bible-based teaching such as “Assume Your Position,” the “A Seat at the Table” brunch, women's breakfasts, and workshops centered on financial wellness, whole-person health, mentorship, leadership, and sisterhood.
Programs & Experiences

A Bible-based teaching series calling women to step fully into the purpose and authority God has already given them.
A hospitality-forward gathering built around belonging — every woman welcomed, seen, and given a place at the table.
Recurring fellowship mornings that keep the ministry connected between larger events and open the door for new women to join.
Practical sessions on financial wellness, whole-person health, mentorship, leadership, and sisterhood — faith paired with real-life tools.
Smaller, intentional spaces for prayer, healing, and encouragement where women can be honest about what they're carrying.

The Throughline
Ministry and product work ask the same question: will this serve people well? Whether it's a retreat agenda or a product roadmap, the work is building spaces where people are seen, supported, and sent out stronger than they came in.
