ACE: From Community Stories to Enterprise Intelligence

The problem
Health systems and life-science partners need culturally grounded community insight, but raw community stories are hard to aggregate or act on without stripping out the meaning and the trust behind them.
My contribution
Originated the concept, name, product definition, monetization thesis, target buyer segments, and MVP direction; authored the product companion document and interpretation guardrails. David Faulk built the ACE Health Equity World Model, keeping my product ownership distinct from engineering implementation.
What came of it
Concept to a working enterprise demo in roughly 80 days; externally demonstrated to a biopharma stakeholder in December 2025, with a stable demo link by January 7, 2026. Licensing language and an approximately $200K proposed scope expansion were early commercial signals — not production adoption or realized revenue.

NOWINCLUDED: Product Direction, Measurement, and Delivery

The problem
A mission-driven community health product with no formal KPIs, no shared way to decide what to build next, and ad hoc releases.
My contribution
Defined the North Star and the Supply → Match → Mobilize operating model, owned the roadmap and requirements, and led engineering, data, design, and community partners through a year of dated releases.
What came of it
Engagement grew from 11% to 32% in Q3 2025. Later analysis found 54.5% trailing-90-day activity among members who engaged with Health Stories versus 6.6% in the comparison group — an association, not proof of causation. Not an AI product; the direction-setting and measurement discipline is what carries into AI product work.

Tiered Health Actions: Defining What Meaningful Action Looks Like

The problem
Every action in the product counted the same toward the North Star — a walking challenge weighed as much as a clinical trial enrollment, so the business could not tell engagement from the actions partners pay to drive.
My contribution
Defined a three-tier health action taxonomy, weighted the North Star Metric against it, and used the tiers to prioritize roadmap work and specify what engineering needed to instrument.
What came of it
A shared planning language for separating partner-reportable outcomes, steps toward them, and foundational engagement. Senior leadership used the framework and it was reflected in the P1/P2 schema; a later database review did not find a complete instrumented tier funnel. This is measurement design, not an AI build.

Year One as Product Lead: A 12x Year, Measured Honestly

When I stepped into Product Lead for NOWINCLUDED in July 2025, there were no formal KPIs and release processes were ad hoc. Twelve months later the member base had grown roughly 12x — with a North Star, a release engine, and instrumentation that makes outcomes provable.
